Freedom for anyone to gain information regardless of ability
Accessibility refers to the possibility for everyone, regardless of physical or technological readiness, such as people with disabilities, to have equal access to and use technology and information. Something is deemed to be "accessible" if it can be used as effectively by people with disabilities as by those without.
